From multiple individuals, you get a comprehensive view through a group profile. This is often used to visualize the collaboration and communication within a team. The talents, pitfalls, and challenges of each team member and the group as a whole are depicted. 

Request 360-degree feedback for a candidate by inviting one or more feedback providers. The feedback recipient can compare their self-image with the image others have of them.
