Online assessment

An online assessment is a tool to enhance the picture you have of someone. It provides a valuable confirmation of your initial impression, but also delves deeper into what may not be immediately clear after a first impression.

By using objective, validated, and reliable personality questionnaires and ability tests, it is possible to increase the likelihood of success in someone's role. An online assessment predicts a person's job performance. The significant advantage of using an online assessment is that candidates can take it anywhere at any time. An online assessment can be used for multiple purposes, including selection and development issues.

Selection assessment

A selection assessment is employed during a job application process to determine whether a candidate fits a particular position. With the selection assessment, qualities, talents, pitfalls, and development areas are further explored, enabling the identification of the most suitable candidate. The selection assessment provides assurance during the recruitment process and prevents a potential 'bad hire'.

Development assessment

In a development assessment, as the name suggests, the focus is on the development of a candidate. Like in a selection assessment, a development assessment reveals the qualities, talents, pitfalls, and development opportunities of a candidate.

The aim of a development assessment is to share these acquired insights with the candidate and then guide and encourage them in their own development. With the help of a development assessment, a candidate has the potential to perform better in their role and to truly make progress.
