One test administration
With one test administration, multiple reports with different competency profiles can be generated. This allows a recruiter to match with different positions each time. For example, across different clients or within large organisations where multiple vacancies are open simultaneously.

With the matching module, a recruiter can select all candidates within this dataset who have the closest match to a specific competency profile.
