For example, information from the coachee's environment can also be obtained using the 360-degree feedback module, or specific questionnaires can be used such as those for career, affinities, fear of failure, or coping style.


De Matching Module

Make use of the Development Guide

Finally, the coach can utilize the Development Guide. For each competence, it describes the development potential, literature, tips for the coachee and the coach, the best way of "learning", and the core quadrant.
